How do I get Mobile Ordering on the Wawa App?

Our Mobile Ordering feature is still in a testing phase with a limited group of participants. However, the feature will soon be available to all Wawa App users. To be among the first people to get the inside scoop on availability, download the Wawa App, join Wawa Rewards, and add a Wawa Gift Card to your app.

Once I place my order with the app, how long before it gets made?

To ensure that your order is as fresh as possible, we’ll start preparing it when you get close to the store. This is why the app requires that you have Location Services set to “Always.” When you get close to the store, you’ll receive a notification on your mobile device letting you know we’ve started to prepare your order.

When, and how, do I pay for my order?

You will pay for your order at the register once you arrive for pickup. The cashier will scan your virtual order slip in your app and you can pay by whatever method you prefer (Wawa App, credit card, cash, etc.).
