Responsibility to Customers
If your vehicle has a problem proven to be caused by our fuel, we'll pay for the repair. All you need to do is have your vehicle serviced by a professional technician qualified to identify and fix fuel-related problems. Qualified technicians have an A8 certification from the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.
Here's what to do:
If you think your vehicle has a problem caused by our fuel, follow the steps below:
- Fill out the form below, and click Submit. You will be taken to a confirmation page, where you can print your completed form. You will also receive your completed form in your email inbox.
- Bring your vehicle and the completed form to a qualified technician.
- If the problem is found to be caused by our fuel quality, have the technician fill out and sign the "Technician Fuel Claim" section of your form.
- Within 30 days of fuel purchase, send the form, fuel receipt from the pump, a copy of your repair invoice, and proof of payment of the repair invoice to the address below:
