Responsibility to Customers
If your vehicle has a problem proven to be caused by our fuel, we'll pay for the repair. All you need to do is have your vehicle serviced by a professional technician qualified to identify and fix fuel-related problems. Qualified technicians have an A8 certification from the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.
Here's what to do:
If you think your vehicle has a problem caused by our fuel, follow the steps below:
- Fill out the form below, and click Submit. You will be taken to a confirmation page, where you can print your completed form. You will also receive your completed form in your email inbox.
- Bring your vehicle and the completed form to a qualified technician.
- If the problem is found to be caused by our fuel quality, have the technician fill out and sign the "Technician Fuel Claim" section of your form.
- Within 30 days of fuel purchase, send the form, fuel receipt from the pump, a copy of your repair invoice, and proof of payment of the repair invoice to the address below.

A repair invoice must be enclosed with the claim. All items on invoice must be legible and show specific problems corrected and costs of each. Reimbursements will be made only to the customers and only for repairs made by a technician holding ASE certification A8 for engine performance. Repair estimates will not be accepted, and the claim will be returned. Wawa, Inc. reserves the right to investigate and/or have an independent third party investigate claims to evaluate the validity of the technician's analysis. Claims will be denied in cases where such investigations find that Wawa fuel is unlikely to have caused the problem. The claimant and the technician completing the form agree to cooperate with Wawa or the third party investigator if either Wawa or such third party requests additional information or has questions concerning the claim and/or the technician's analysis. Failure to cooperate in a timely manner may result in a denial of the claim. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
