    My organization is not a 501(c)(3) and we do not have a tax ID number. Are we still able to order Hoagie Fundraising coupons?
    The Wawa Hoagie Fundraising Coupon Program is available to community-based, non-profit organizations looking for a fun and easy fundraising method that will please everyone.  In order to order these coupons, you must agree to use them only for fundraising for your non-profit organization.  It is not required that the organization be a 501(c)(3) organization.

    How much do the Hoagie Fundraising coupons cost?
    Your organization purchases the coupons for $3.00 each. The retail value is $4.59.

    How many coupons may I order at one time?
    Coupons will be shipped in packs of 25, with a minimum order of 150, and a maximum of 2,000 per quarter per organization.

    Can I still order my coupons from your Divisional Offices?
    Our Divisional offices are no longer accepting Hoagie Fundraising orders.  Please use the online form on www.wawa.com. Please contact us at 800-444-9292, option 1#, option 3# if you do not have access to the Internet.

    I do not have access to the Internet. How can I place my Hoagie Fundraising order?
    Please call us at 800-444-9292 and select option 1#, option 3#. Our analyst will take your information and you will be contacted the next business day with your order number and payment address.
    Please provide the following information when you call:

    • Organization Name
    • Tax ID #
    • Primary Contact Person
    • Primary Contact Person’s phone #
    • E-mail address or fax number
    • Shipping address
    • Quantity of coupons needed (minimum of 150, maximum of 2000)

    Will I be charged a shipping fee for my coupon order?
    At this time, we do not charge shipping fees or tax on Hoagie Fundraising coupons.

    I have placed my order. When will my coupons be shipped to me?
    Coupons will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days from when your payment is received.

    How will I know when my payment has been received by Wawa?
    We check with the bank for payments every week day, excluding holidays. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when we have received your payment. Your coupons will ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of the check.

    How will my coupons be shipped?
    All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. At this time we do not offer overnight shipping. Please note-since these coupons have a cash value, an adult 21 or older will be required to sign for the package.

    Will I be able to view my past order history for Hoagie Fundraising coupons?
    This service is not available at this time. Please call us at 800-444-9292 and select option 1#, option 3#. We would be happy to look up your order history.

    Am I able to pay for my Hoagie Fundraising order with a credit card?
    At this time, we are only accepting check payments for Hoagie Fundraising orders.
