    This is an exciting time to be a part of the Wawa Family!

    In April 2014 we celebrated our 50th Anniversary in the retail business! As I reflect on this meaningful milestone, it’s amazing to see how the company has grown and evolved since opening our first store in 1964. But there is one thing that hasn’t changed: our associates’ commitment to our values, and their passion to create the best customer experience possible.

    Today, we continue to grow, opening stores throughout the Mid-Atlantic market as well as our continued expansion in Florida. This growth cannot happen without our wonderful associates who deliver our purpose of, Fulfilling Lives, Every Day. Our associates have created a living, breathing brand that has defined the Wawa Way for 50 years.

    It all starts here, with the person applying for a job at their local Wawa or in our corporate office. The customer’s experience is created and delivered in our stores, with the daily face-to-face interactions of our associates.
