What is the program?
It's an easy, convenient fundraising method. Organizations can order coupons for delicious Wawa Shorti® Hoagies for $2.50 and resell them as a fundraiser for $3.50. The program is simple — no deliveries to make!
These coupons can be used at any of our Wawa store locations and they do not have an expiration date.
Coupons will be shipped in packs of 25, with a minimum order of 250, and a maximum of 1,000 per quarter per organization.
Who is eligible?
The Wawa Hoagie Fundraising Coupon Program is available to community- based, non-profit 501c(3) organizations looking for a fun and easy fundraising method that will please everyone.
How can we participate?
Download the request form, then complete and mail the form, along with a certified check or money order to the fundraising office nearest you. It's that simple!
