Shipping

The shipping and handling charge for merchandise and gift card orders is a flat rate of $4.99. Shipping charges apply to Continental US orders only. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 48 hours for processing of your order and 5-7 days additional shipping time for ground shipments. Shipments do not require customer signature upon delivery.

Backorders

If one or more of the items you ordered are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
